Once you're able to forgive, your ability to move on is accessible. This is a time to RELEASE. Let go, move on, push forward, freely, without the attachments to the past or what was. Step into the present of what is, what's possible, and consider where you want to go. Just like forgiving, release can be a challenge.

What if you're holding onto things that are no longer serving you?
Do you know what your holding onto that is holding you back?
Are you ready to let go?

Release is the ability to move, act, and flow freely. The art of letting go. The preparation period is complete. Release yourself into the world. Your truest self. You can do it. There is nothing wrong with you.

I am ready to release. No more judging myself based on statements  heard growing up. Emphasis put onto meaningless sentiment and opinions are gone. No longer will I judge myself or compare myself to the words or thoughts stuck in my head from years ago, said by others. These expressions were thoughtless and of another time.  I acknowledge the words are there and I release them from my memory. I will allow myself to dress how I like. Look how I like. Act how I like. BE W-H-O I AM, regardless of what others may think, say, do, or want.

I release every moment in memory of liking something and being told I can not. I like what I like. You can like it too. We can share. We can bond because we like similar things instead of claiming ownership. Having similar interests does not mean competition. It means community, expanded knowledge, wisdom, and friendship.

I release the pain of my first encounters with men. I was too young. What happened to me, happened a long time ago. Although I may remember what happened, it will no longer bring pain to my heart, body, mind, soul, spirit, consciousness, and being. The feelings do not serve me in the present and moving forward, I let it go. It's no one's fault but the person who was doing the action. I am no longer a victim. I am using this experience to strengthen my mission, enrich my passion, and I elevate my life. My boundaries are respected because I know what they are and uphold them. My strength is gently powerful. The pain so deep that healing created a resolve that cannot be broken or incomplete.

Gone is my fear. I release all judgement passed onto me when sharing nudity on the internet. My world has never been the same. I needed support and insights from the world that I could not receive by staying in my comfort zone. We can not simply stay in our comfort zones. Why? Because the world is begging us to act. TO LIVE FREELY. To release our highest, best, most wise selves into the world. Hard conversations must be had. Minds must be opened. Emotions must be matured. Purposes must be enriched.

I release the thought of giving up. That is just not in the cards. I have been put here for reasons and I'll be present to discover it. It is hard to be part of a group but ultimately I enjoy the company. My ego is set aside. I am tapped into other emotions and meanings for life. Passion. Drive. I am not lost. I am different.

If you are feeling pent up. Release. Figure out your way to let things go and forgive yourself. There is no point in keeping everything stuffed up inside you. Shine as brightly as you need to. Express what you must. Gone are the days of hiding who we are, what we want, doing things that pain us, surrounding ourselves with suffering. We can not live this way any more. Claim your freedom by releasing it all. Move on. Move forward. Move freely. Flow as you'd like through the ever shifting and expanding of 'reality'. Release yourself.
