Made with Faceted Amazonite Beads, Turkish Glass Beads, Iolite Semi-Precious Stone Beads with Crushed Stained Glass and Resign in Bullet Shell Pendant on 20 Gauge Brass Wire.
The bullet shell pendant is from one of my first ever collections of jewelry made in 2013. I recycled bullet shells from a shooting range in Dexter Michigan. I cut the empty end of the shell off, leaving a small bowl-like space to fill with resin. The blue sparkly material in the bullet shell is stained glass from an old abandoned church on Grand River Ave. in Detroit. I crunched the stained glass with a hammer and set it into the bullet shell with resin. No other pendant exists quite like this one.
